More information about why to report, what to report, and the information you need to provide to make a report can be found in the About this site page.

Can’t find what you are looking for? You can report on any other medicines, vaccines, devices, defective or falsified products (including fake coronavirus testing kits) via the Yellow Card website.

COVID-19 Vaccines

Vaccines are the most effective way to prevent infectious diseases and they save millions of lives worldwide. Like all medicines, vaccines can cause side effects. Most of these are mild and short-term, and not everyone gets them.

MHRA is responsible for continuously monitoring the safety of all medicines and vaccines once they are approved for use.

We have published a report summarising information received via the Yellow Card scheme which will be published regularly to include other safety investigations carried out by the MHRA under the COVID-19 Vaccine Surveillance Strategy.

More information on the possible side effects of Covid-19 vaccinations is available on the NHS website.
